SINO PHARM MEDICINE HOLDING
Sinopharm Medicine Holding Co., Ltd. ("Sinopharm Holdings"), established in January 2003 in Shanghai is a large-scale national medicine enterprise with 22 subsidiaries and more than 10,000 employees. Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Corporation ("GPC") was formerly known as Guangzhou Medicine Company and was founded in 1951. GPC is the 3rd largest pharmaceutical wholesaler in China serving more than 12,000 hospitals, pharmacies and other wholesalers throughout China.
