STRUCTURE Health Vision Enterprise Ltd (HVE) is legally registered in Hong Kong and has a China subsidiary, Health Vision Consulting (Shanghai) Ltd for its China operations. In 2007, HVE also set up Health Vision (Nanjing) Medicine Company to be the 4th wholly-foreign owned enterprise (WOFE) medicine company enabling the HVE entity to strengthen its vertical integration so as to increase its services to Principals. This company also allows for the licensing-in of local manufactured products. Health Vision Enterprise is a subsidiary of Stada Arzneimittel AG ("Stada"), a manufacturer of generic drugs listed on the German Stock Exchange with revenue exceeding 1.6 billion Euro and businesses in 58 countries internationally. HVE's headquarters is situated in Shanghai with regional offices in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Beijing, Hangzhou and Wuhan.
